This action was brought by Edna R. W. Larned to recover an undivided half of lands situated in Atchison county and her share of the rents and profits accruing since the death of her husband, William Z. Larned, who died on March 30, 1911, in the city of Summit, N. J., which was his place of residence. The plaintiff is also a resident of that place and has never resided in Kansas.
