¶ 1. James Torpen appeals from a judgment of conviction for robbery and fleeing an officer, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 943.32(1) and 346.04(3), and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Tor-pen argues that the circuit court erred when it ordered, as a condition of probation, that he pay outstanding restitution obligations from prior, unrelated criminal cases.
