¶ 1. Anthony Houston Lee appeals from a judgment of conviction for armed robbery with threat of force, party to a crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 943.32(2) and 939.05 (2005-06). He presents a single issue on appeal: whether the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it ordered Lee to pay $772.74 in restitution to United Heartland Insurance Company, a worker's compensation insurer, for payments it made after an officer was injured while attempting to apprehend Lee and his co-defendant.
