Appellant Rafael Irlanda Rivera was accused and convicted of grand larceny and ordered to serve one to three years in the penitentiary. On appeal he assigns that the trial court erred in finding him guilty since the verdict is contrary to law and the evidence presented. He maintains that there exist certain discrepancies in the evidence which should have given rise to a reasonable doubt of his guilt.
