Joseph Maleski (Petitioner) petitions the Court for review of the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting the City of Pittsburgh’s (Employer) suspension petition.
