The Court has received motions in limine pertaining to the trial in the *566matter of MF Global Holdings Ltd., as Plan Administrator v. Pricewaterhouse-Coopers LLP. As a preliminary matter, the Court notes that several of the in limine motions the parties have brought reflect inappropriate use of such motions.
