MEMORANDUM
• SIRICA, District Judge.
This case is again before this Court on a motion by the plaintiff to compel answers to questions propounded during the course of the deposition of Edward Pennypacker, an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.1 The subject matter of this litigation is the electronic surveillance by the United States of a suite of rooms occupied by the plaintiff in the Sheraton Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.
