Defendants, Charles M. Summers, Henry Schuh and John Connell, seek reversal of a decree which found that they, together with Edward McCormick (who does not join in the appeal), had by means of false and fraudulent representations and practices, induced plaintiff to purchase certain subdivided lots or parcels of land, situated in Cook county, and ordered them to return specific sums paid by her on account of these purchases, in addition to other relief granted.
