In a personal injury action stemming from plaintiff allegedly being attacked and bitten by a dog owned by defendant, plaintiff appeals from an order of the *484Supreme Court, Kings County (Bellard, J.), entered April 6, 1982, which denied her motion for a protective order vacating defendant’s entire demand for a bill of particulars. Order reversed, with $50 costs and disbursements, and motion granted, without prejudice to defendant’s service of a proper demand for a bill of particulars.
