Plaintiff appeals as of right an order of dismissal, challenging the trial court’s ruling that, under the doctrine of forum non con veniens, jurisdiction in this products liability case lies with Georgia rather than Michigan. We reverse and remand.
Plaintiff claims that he was injured on September 15, 1986, while working at an Atlanta, Georgia, dairy, when he placed his hand and arm into a Unilog blow mold machine, a machine that apparently makes plastic jugs or bottles, during the trimmer cycle.
