This suit was filed by Mildred L. Hobbs, individually and as next friend of her minor son, Bobbie L. Hobbs, to recover workmen’s compensation benefit alleged to be due by reason of the death of her husband, Robert L. Hobbs, under a workmen’s compensation policy issued by the Traveler’s Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, to the City of Corpus Christi, and to which policy was attached a voluntary compensation endorsement.
