— Plaintiff, Willadene Livingston, brought this action against the administrator of the estate of her deceased husband, Elwyn J. Livingston, claiming a right to be subrogated to the position of the Bank of Yakima with respect to certain assets in the estate and to enjoin the administrator from selling the real property mortgaged to the bank. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered at the close of plaintiff’s case.
