MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendant, Cheryl L. Theisen (“Theisen”) has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) at Document No. 202, together with an accompanying brief. Plaintiffs Premium Motor Cars, Inc. and Ronald W. Wobb (collectively “Plaintiffs”, and individually “Premium” or ‘Wobb”) have filed their Plaintiffs’ Response to Motion for Summary Judgment (“Response”), as well as a brief in opposition to the Motion.
