Morehouse Ex Rel. Sailer v. Paulson

This is an action to quiet title to the NE¿ of Sec. 10, Twp. 142, R. 93, in Dunn County. Plaintiff in his amended complaint alleged among other things that defendant Paulson was in adverse possession of the land as against her and that she demanded that he surrender possession to her which he refused to do.
