Plaintiff, Ruth D. McCauley, brought this action for personal injuries and damages resulting from a collision between a motor vehicle in which she was a passenger and a tractor-trailer rig being driven by defendant Mike H. Weyer while within the scope of his employment with defendant John *404Briggs, doing business as Briggs Brokerage. After jury trial the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants.
