MEYER, Justice.

By this lawsuit, plaintiffs sought compensatory and punitive damages for defendants’ alleged fraud, unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce, and civil conspiracy arising in the sale of a house. The claims of alleged civil conspiracy are not before this Court on appeal.

After this Court’s review of the record, our appraisal of the facts found in the documents and depositions elicited during discovery and presented in evidence for the trial court’s review upon the motion for summary judgment differs somewhat from the facts stated in the opinion by the Court…
