Schieffelin & Co., an alcohol distributor, appeals two orders from the district court, in which that court abstained from exercising jurisdiction based on the Supreme Court’s decision in Louisiana Power & Light Co. v. Thibodaux, 360 U.S. 25, 79 S.Ct. 1070, 3 L.Ed.2d 1058 (1959). Superior Beverage has cross-appealed on the same issue.
