This is an error proceeding contesting the action of the appellee, Board of Education of the School District of Fremont, Nebraska (School Board), terminating the teaching contract of appellant, Sharon Kay Schulz (Mrs. Schulz). The District Court for Dodge County, Nebraska, affirmed the School Board’s termination, of Mrs. Schulz’ teaching contract, and Mrs. Schulz has now appealed to this court.
