Appellant, the State of Arkansas, appeals the order of the Desha County Circuit Court dismissing the felony information filed on August 24, 1993 against appellee, Laronne Marco Gray, a juvenile defendant, charging him with one count of burglary, a Class B felony, and one count of theft of property valued in excess of $200.00, a Class C felony.
