Appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court of Clinton County, rendered June 16, 1975, which revoked defendant’s probation imposed following his conviction of robbery in the second degree and sentenced him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment with a maximum of four years. The defendant was convicted in Clinton County on April 5, 1974 on the charge of robbery in the second degree and sentenced to a term of five years probation.
