In this matter the original bill was filed on January 17th, 1946, and the defendants named therein filed answers. The issues raised came on for a hearing, and the conclusions reached by the court are reported in 139 N.J. Eq. 144; 50 Atl. Rep. 2d 161. A final decree was filed January 27th, 1947.
