The defendant Carlos Cajigas has been indicted for four counts of murder in the first degree, three counts of murder in the second degree, three counts of attempted robbery in the first degree, three counts of burglary in the first degree, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
