HASTIE, Circuit Judge.

Panhandle Eastern Pipe Lme Company, hereinafter called Panhandle, is asking that this court review and set aside an order of the Federal Power Commission “granting in part” a motion to dismiss a rate proceeding which Panhandle had initiated pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 717c, by filing a revised gas tariff to achieve certain price increases and other changes.
