Plaintiff, Elbeco, Incorporated (“Elbeco” or “Plaintiff’) filed this lawsuit against defendants, Estrella de Plata, Corp. (“Estrella”), Maquiladora Textil Estrella De Plata S.A De C.V. (“Maquiladora”), Morton Katz, David Katz, and Allan Pollock, alleging three counts.
