TAMILIA, Judge:

Appellant Michael Cohen appeals from the Order entered November 22, 1989 denying his application for expungement of his record upon successful completion of the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. On March 25, 1986, appellant was arrested and charged with indecent assault, 1 corruption of minors 2 and endangering welfare of children. 3 The charges arose from the alleged assault of a three-year-old girl by appellant at the day care center where appellant was employed as a teacher.
