Appellant-Respondent Hamilton Heights School Corporation (“Employer”) appeals the determination of the Review Board of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (the “Review Board”) in which the Review Board found Employer liable for unemployment benefits relating to its dismissal of a former employee.
