MILLER, Judge.
Appellant Fruehauf Corporation (Frue-hauf) challenges a decision of the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division which declared its former employee, Duane E. Ragan, eligible for unemployment compensation. 'The Review Board scheduled a hearing on Ragan's claim for Monday, November 830, 1981, and mailed notice of this hearing to the parties involved on Monday, November 28, 1981.
