This matter comes before the Court on the Complaint to Determine Dischargeability filed by Cleve Carian (hereinafter “Plaintiff’). By his Complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that Wyman Daniel Dover (hereinafter “Debtor”) knowingly made false representations which induced the Plaintiff to continue a then existing indebtedness after having released the security interest related to the loan.
