McCumber v. Rovelsky

The collision occurred at six p. m. on July 4, 1929, while plaintiffs were riding south on an arterial highway which had an oiled, graveled roadway twenty-eight feet wide. Plaintiffs claimed it occurred in an intersection o'f the arterial and a crossroad, on which defendant approached from the west.
