Plaintiff Lilia Paraka brings this action against her former employer, the University of Rochester (“University”), and her former supervisor, Tammy Terrana, alleging that she was terminated from her employment based on her age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. and the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”), N.Y Exec.
