In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Wayne E. Denis and Long Island Power Authority appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bruno, J.), dated March 7, 2013, as granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability against them.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the plaintiffs motion is denied as untimely.
