OPINION
BISSETT, Justice.
The question presented by this appeal is whether the trial judge rendered judgment in accordance with an agreement between the parties which was dictated into the record. Fidel Leal and wife, Magdalena Leal, brought this suit against Narciso Cortez and other named defendants, where, among other things, they sought a recovery of certain lands. During the course of a jury trial all parties announced in open court that they had reached a settlement of the lawsuit.
