The plaintiff while in the employ of the defendant was engaged in painting a tank belonging to the defendant and, while so engaged, fell from a scaffold on which he was working, resulting in injuries to his left shoulder. After sustaining the injury, he was placed in a hospital in the city of Cushing. The defendant employed Dr. H. G. Manning to render medical aid and surgical treatment to the plaintiff.
