This is an original proceeding in this court brought by R. L. Banning, as petitioner, to obtain the review of an order of the State Industrial Commission which denied his claim for compensation against Peru-Laclede Syndicate, Inc. The parties will be referred to as claimant and respondent in the same order as they appeared before the Industrial Commission.
