Plaintiff,. Princeton Sportswear Corporation, instituted this action in assumpsit against H&M Associates, Sidney Becker, and Leonard Becker on September 26, 1977. Princeton sought damages for destroyed inventory, interruption of business operations, and expenses incurred for elevator repairs, alleging that defendants willfully and intentionally faded adequately to maintain the common areas of commercial property leased to Princeton.
