OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Kevin Dewayne Crowley appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of tampering with evidence, in violation of R.C. § 2921.12(A)(1), a felony of the third degree, and one count of possession of drugs, in violation of R.C. § 2925.11(A), a felony of the fourth degree.

{¶ 2} On February 5, 2007, Crowley was indicted for one count of tampering with evidence and one count of possession of drugs. Crowley was arraigned on February 20, 2007, and pled not guilty to the charges against him.
