■Opera Moore appeals his convictions of: (Í) being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e); and (2) being in possession of an unregistered firearm, in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(d) and 5871. He was convicted by a jury and sentenced by the District Court 1 to 300 months’ imprisonment on count I and 120 months’ imprisonment on count II, to be served concurrently.
