MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Firas Abu Zuhrieh’s Motion for Suppression of Statement and Evidence [Doc. 23]. The government responded [Doc. 27], but Defendant' did not reply. The Court held a hearing on the Motion on May 5, 2015 [Doc. 58]; at the conclusion of the parties’ evidentiary presentations, the Court asked that they submit written closing arguments.
