Appeal by The Waverly Company, a creditor of the Worthington Company, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of • "the county of New York on the 20th day of February, 1899, confirming the report of a referee settling the accounts of Joseph J. Little, as receiver of the Worthington' Company, and overruling •the exceptions to said report filed by the appellant.

The respondent was appointed receiver of the Worthington Company in proceedings brought to dissolve the corporation, in which a •final order was entered and the appellant appointed permanent ^receiver.
