Joseph Radmacher appeals the circuit court’s judgment affirming the Director of Revenue’s decision to disqualify his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Rad-macher contends that the circuit court erred in finding for the Director because the Director did not present any evidence to refute Radmacher’s evidence that the decision was arbitrary and unreasonable. We affirm.
