DECISION AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court in this matter are the plaintiff’s motions for a more definite and certain statement of the defendant’s answer, to strike the prayer for dismissal in that answer, to compel the defendant to answer certain interrogatories, and for appointment of counsel. Also pending is the defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
