Seven different propositions are contended for as ground of error. We will notice these in their order. The first is as to the examination of some of the jurors. Certain questions were asked some of the jurors on their voir dive, which were objected to and the objections sustained by the court. 'While we think the objections were properly sustained, yet, even if there was error in this regard, it is not preserved in the record.
