The Johnson Construction Company sold, and Charles M. Christian and Grace Christian, his wife, bought, the leasehold interest in four lots, with the buildings thereon, for the sum of $3,000. The contract was in writing and under seal, and was executed on April 1st, 1926. Ten dollars were paid when the contract was signed, and the residue was agreed to be paid in equal monthly installments of thirty-six dollars, payable on the first day of every succeeding month from the date of the agreement.
