Defendant desired to sell his residence in the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, and posted a "For Sale" sign thereon which being observed by plaintiff, a realtor in said city, doing business under the trade name of McKelvy Realty Company, prompted her to contact him with the view of inducing him to list the property for sale with her.
