An action was brought by the mother, Tillie Knutsen, the administratrix of the estate of Thelma Knut sen, deceased, for the recovery of damages against Edgar Dilger for the wrongful death of her daughter, Thelma Knutsen. At the close of the testimony, the defendant moved for a directed verdict. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff, and defendant moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Both motions were overruled, as was the motion for new- trial. Defendant has appealed from, the judgment and order overruling the motion for new trial.
