These were two actions in ejectment. The appeal is from an order overruling a motion to dismiss and a plea in abatement.

The facts are simple. The actions arose out of the estate of»Margaret Schindler, who died intestate on March 15, 1930. She left an estate consisting of real estate valued at about $90,000 and personal property valued at about $10,000.
