*322Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (William A. Wetzel, J.), rendered December 21, 2006, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of conspiracy in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 6 to 18 years, nine years and nine years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
