ON SUGGESTION OF ERROR.
On a former day of this term the above-styled cause was affirmed as to each of the several grounds of error assigned on the appeal as reported in 15 So.2d 365. It is now urged that the court was in error in two particulars: First, in holding in the former opinion that the order of the county board of supervisors providing for an election to be held for the purpose of determining whether the traffic in light wines and beer should be excluded from the county was a "final judgment or decision," wherein it adjudicated that the petitions for such election contained at least…
