This is an appeal from an order of the Board of Supervisors of Franklin County prohibiting the sale of beer and light wine in the county, after holding an election, on the petition of more than twenty per cent of the qualified electors of the county, to determine whether or not light wines and beer should be sold therein, which election resulted in a vote of 368 for, and 534 against, such sale.
