In a subrogation action to recover insurance benefits paid to the plaintiffs insured, the defendant Daniel Sajewski, Sr., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Molia, J.), dated August 6, 2015, which denied his motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
